As a Wyoming Republican, I am deeply committed to the principles of smaller government, low taxes, free markets, and the Constitution. I hold an unshakable belief in helping people and have dedicated much of my life to service. The Secretary of State is charged with duties that first and foremost require an unwavering commitment to following rules that build trust, ensure fairness and accuracy, and promote accountability in our state, while always putting the best interest of Wyomingites first. My life and career is built on these principles and I live true to my word. The Office of Secretary of State is charged with a tremendous amount of responsibilities that, done well, keep Wyoming healthy and strong. My experience, technical know-how, and passion for guarding and promoting Wyoming's interests will enable me to lead positively and effectively so all challenges are addressed with transparency, allowing Wyoming to prosper. I take this responsibility to the Constitution and Wyoming statutory law seriously, and I am eager to gain your trust.

As Secretary of State, I will work to stop those who take advantage of our privacy laws to unfairly compete, create sham corporations, and cause Wyoming businesses to suffer. As a businessman, I have seen firsthand the challenges we face in Wyoming from these bad actors. I will use the full range of the authority of the office to root out bad actors and protect Wyoming citizens and businesses.

The security of Wyoming’s elections is critical, and you can count on my commitment to ensuring they are conducted in a fair, honest, and accurate manner.
Fair, honest, and accurate elections are essential to the health and future of Wyoming. As a former election judge, I have witnessed the hard work and dedication from the county clerks, their staff, and volunteers who run our elections. They stake their reputations on the integrity and fairness of the process and outcome, and in Wyoming that means everything. The volunteers who work to ensure honest and accurate elections are our mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, friends, and neighbors. The commitment to strengthen trust in Wyoming’s elections at every level is of utmost importance to me. By striving for constant improvement in our election processes—and being prepared to take swift and decisive action if missteps occur—we can achieve exceptional levels of trust in the outcome of elections at every level. I am resolute in my commitment to overseeing Wyoming’s elections with great integrity.

As Secretary of State, you can rest assured that all individuals and firms working in our state comply with our rules and laws—without exception.
As Secretary of State, I’ll protect Wyoming citizens from fraudulent investment schemes like cryptocurrency scams, ensure the firms and individuals working in Wyoming uphold our rules and state statutes, and educate our people about financial security and safety. When rules are broken or enforced unfairly, trust is lost, families are hurt, and we all suffer. It is the responsibility of the Secretary of State to investigate violations and refer criminal matters to the appropriate authorities when necessary. I will tirelessly commit to ensuring compliance, because in Wyoming, we believe in being tough but fair.
